Please regularly review our Privacy Policy. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue use of the Site and contact us at privacy@bookflow.com . Changes to this Privacy Policy may be made at any time by sending you an email or posting notice of the changes on the Site, with the changes effective 30 days thereafter.

Information Use

BookFlow collects your information in order to process, record, and facilitate your order, provide you with support, and provide you with information that may be of interest to you.

BookFlow may share information collected by us with third parties to help process your order (e.g. shipping companies, credit card processors, etc.) or to provide statistical and demographic analysis to BookFlow to help us and our business partners provide you with better services and offerings. There are other times when BookFlow may divulge your personal information, such as where required by law, litigation, regulation, or court order. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that such disclosure should be made for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance. Except in the particular circumstances described in this Privacy Policy, BookFlow will not share your personal information (e.g. your email address, your credit card information, your name, your address, etc.) to any other companies or organizations for their independent use or benefit, unless you explicitly consent.

BookFlow may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the number of downloads, types of services used, how many users we receive daily, and the IP/Internet address of your computer. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. BookFlow may use this aggregate, nonidentifying statistical data for measuring traffic patterns on the Site, improving the Site and the products and services we offer, providing more relevant experiences to our customers, and/or for statistical analysis.

The Site contains links to other sites at which personal information is collected. In such instances, unless expressly provided to the contrary, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site. That privacy policy should identify the entity that is collecting your personal information. BookFlow is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of non-BookFlow websites to which this Site or any other BookFlow website may link. You should review the privacy policy of such sites before using the sites.

Tracking, Use of Cookies, Web Beacons and Similar Devices

BookFlow may set and access our own cookies on your computer to allow you to buy and interact at the site. A cookie is small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card and enables BookFlow to record your passwords, purchases, and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. We also use web beacons to gather anonymous, aggregated statistical information (e.g. unique hits, page views, etc.) about our website traffic. A web beacon is a small transparent gif image that is embedded in an HTML page or email message and used to track when the page or email message has been viewed. A similar device may be used by which a Product and Service may send data to a server when a set of user-initiated events occur such as the "Add to Cart" button is clicked. This device is similar to a cookie in that it tracks your visit and the data can only be read by the server that receives the data. It is different than a cookie in that it is not browser-based, may not function as an identification card, and does not store any data on your computer.

BookFlow may also hire other companies to place banner ads on other websites and where they are permitted to perform tracking and reporting activities ("third-party advertisement servers"). Aside from IP addresses, they do not collect personally identifiable information in doing this work for us, and we do not give any personally identifiable information to them. Third-party advertisement servers are subject to their own privacy policies. BookFlow may also allow other companies to display advertisements on certain pages of the Site or within the Products and Services. If you click on these advertisements these companies may place a persistent cookie on your computer which will allow them to contact you directly. It is our policy to require these companies to provide accessible methods for you to disable these cookies, and should you have any complaint about the practices of any of these companies you should contact privacy@bookflow.com.

If you have any questions about our privacy policy please email privacy@bookflow.com.
