ORDERING INFORMATION

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, and any payments processable through PayPal. For orders over $250, email customerservice@bookflow.com if an alternate payment method is desired. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax for orders delivered to Utah.

How Much is Shipping and Handling?

Free. We charge no shipping and handling to the United States and Canada. International shipping is based on actual cost and is usually very reasonable (e.g. less than $2.00 for shipping to Europe).

What is your Return Policy?

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your BookFlow eBook, we will make it right or you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

Your satisfaction is very important to us so we make it easy to return BookFlow merchandise in the event you are unsatisfied. Please include the original packaging and all disks. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email us at customerservice@bookflow.com to obtain a RMA number, then ship the product to:

Is my credit card and financial information safe?

Yes. In fact, we never have access to your financial information. Your payments are processed through Paypal, a recognized leader in safe internet financial transactions. When will I receive my order?

Your order is processed initially through PayPal.com's payment processing service. We then receive the shipping information and it is reviewed and sent to our facilities for shipment. Please note, payment processing can sometimes take up to 3 business days, especially if there is inaccurate or incomplete information on the order. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. Unless indicated otherwise on the product page or an item just recently sold out, all of our items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory. Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days or more for in-stock items.
